Do I need to move everything outside?
Send photos of the items and the path out before moving anything heavy. We review heavy items, stairs, disassembly and tight access, then plan any extra help needed before accepting the job.
Is my preferred time confirmed when I send a request?
No. We review the job, agree on a quote and send a Square invoice. We confirm your pickup window after full payment.
