No guesswork at checkout.
Why isn’t there a fixed price list?
The same item can require very different work depending on size, condition and access. We review each request and send the total for your actual job. No price is generated by this website.
When do I pay?
After you approve the scope and quote, we send a Square invoice for the full amount. Your pickup window is confirmed after payment. The request form does not charge you.
What if I add more items?
Send the added items before pickup when possible. A changed scope or different access needs a revised agreement before extra work.
Can you quote regular business pickups?
Yes. Send the property, expected material, pickup frequency and access details through the business request. Recurring pricing and terms are agreed for that scope and schedule.
What if I cancel?
Cancel before we dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, we charge only for work you approved that has already been performed and refund the remainder.
