What you share with us

We receive the contact and pickup details you provide: your name, email, phone number, pickup address, item descriptions, access instructions, preferred timing and uploaded photos. Business requests may also include company, property and recurring-service details. We keep relevant communications, quotes, approvals, invoices and payment or refund records.

For photos, include only the items and access needed to plan the job. Avoid people, personal documents, payment details and unrelated belongings.

How we use it

We use these details to review the work, prepare a quote, contact you, arrange and carry out an approved pickup, handle payments and refunds, and maintain records for bookkeeping or disputes. Relevant job details may be shared with people helping carry out your pickup.

A pickup request lets us contact you about that request. It is not consent to promotional messages. Quotes and pickup timing are reviewed by us; submitting a request does not confirm a booking.

The services involved

• Tally receives request forms and photos.
• Make transfers request details between our business tools.
• Square holds customer and invoice records and processes payments. Enter payment details on Square’s payment page, not in the pickup form.
• Google services support business email and calendar scheduling.

Opening the embedded request form connects your browser to Tally. These providers may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Their services and data processing may be located outside Colorado or the United States.

Your request receipt

After a successful form submission, this browser tab saves the request reference, form identifier, submission time and selected service, city, ZIP or load context. The receipt can be restored for up to 24 hours if you refresh or return to the same request page in that tab. Choose “Start another request” to clear that saved receipt.

This receipt does not store your name, contact details, street address, photos or payment information in the website’s browser storage. It is a reference for your request, not a booking or payment confirmation.

Records and your questions

Retention depends on the request or job, bookkeeping needs, refunds, disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for those obligations.
