THE JOB, CLEARLY DEFINED

What to include.

Rooms and storage

Approved furniture, boxes and household items from rooms, closets and storage areas.

Patios and garages

Include outdoor and attached spaces in the photos so the full cleanout can be reviewed.

Items that stay

Agree on the removal list before work begins and clearly mark fixtures, appliances or belongings that must remain.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Know what to expect.

Do you decide whether belongings are abandoned?

No. The owner or authorized manager must resolve that question and approve the items for removal before service.

Can you empty the entire unit?

We can review a full-unit cleanout. Only approved non-hazardous items are included, and larger jobs may require more than one load.

Can the cleanout happen before our cleaners arrive?

Share the date your next trade needs access. We'll review the amount of material, entry arrangements and availability before confirming the pickup.

LET’S MAKE SOME ROOM

Start with the details.

Share the items, pickup address, photos and any access restrictions. We’ll agree on the scope and quote, then send a Square invoice. Full payment is required before arrival; your pickup window is confirmed after payment.
