Every pickup starts with a review of the actual job. An item count alone cannot account for weight, access or disposal. Send your details so we can agree on a complete quote before you pay.
Show the complete job
Three kinds of photos help: an overview of each pickup area, a closer view of large or unusual items, and the route out to the loading spot. Leave heavy items in place. If photos are not possible, call or describe the same details in your request.
- List each item and quantity, including pieces in other rooms or outside.
- For boxes and bags, describe the contents as well as the count.
- Show stairs, narrow turns, doorways and where loading can happen.
- Include dimensions or a visible model label when available; say when weight is unknown.
- Share the full address, preferred days and any building-access deadline.
Review your quote
We check the items, labor, travel and disposal needed for the job, then agree on the scope and total with you. If the photos do not show enough, we ask for more details before quoting.
- Which items and areas are included?
- What loading, hauling, disposal and cleanup are included?
- Does anything need separate handling?
- Are the access details complete?
Pay before pickup
Once the quote is approved, we send a Square invoice for the full quoted amount. Full payment is required before arrival. We confirm your pickup window after payment. Sending a request or choosing a preferred date alone does not reserve an appointment.
Tell us if anything changes
If you add items, change the access or discover unusual material, contact us before the visit. Extra work needs a revised scope and price agreed with you first. For a change or cancellation, call (720) 325-9473 so we can review the job and invoice with you.
