BEFORE THE TRUCK ARRIVES
How the quote works.
Junk King Denver offers online, telephone and text-photo inquiry paths and describes itself as locally owned and operated. The national pricing page says a photo estimate is not a firm price. A phone discussion of four items or fewer may produce a firm price, while a larger list may produce a range. The same page describes firm onsite confirmation for online or phone estimates. Ask the Denver operator which applies to your request. See official sources.
| Your decision | Junk King | Peak Elevation |
|---|---|---|
| A photo inquiry | Text photos for an estimate; the national page says this is not a firm price. | Send item and access photos for owner review before a written quote. |
| A mixed item list | Phone staff may give a range for more than four items; the local team confirms the job. | The whole list, handling and access are reviewed together. A larger cleanout needs its own quote. |
| Price acceptance | The pricing page describes a firm, no-obligation onsite price before work. | Approve the exact written scope and complete total before full Square payment. |
| Local operator | The Denver page identifies a locally owned and operated franchise; services can vary by location. | Peak Elevation handles junk pickup requests through its owner review process. |
PUT THE DETAILS TO WORK
What does your pickup look like?
A garage with more than four different pieces
There is a sofa, a dresser, a bed frame and several boxes. Some boxes contain household items; another pile contains renovation material.
Make one complete list, identify the box contents and separate ordinary household items from dense or unusual material. Send the same scope to both providers. A photo estimate or rough truck fraction is not an agreed total; Peak needs a separate quote for this mixed job.
Two collection points at one property
The front driveway holds bulky furniture, but more items are behind the house. There is a gate, a long carry and a narrow route that the overview photo does not show.
Include both collection points and the entire loading route before comparing quotes. Do not apply a one-point outdoor starter offer to the combined job, and do not assume the first estimate includes the unseen pile.
TAKE THIS INTO YOUR INQUIRY
Five photos that explain the cleanout
Use the same evidence for every inquiry. Label what leaves and what stays.
A wide view of every collection area, including the back of the pile.
A closer view of each large, heavy or unusual item, with approximate dimensions if known.
Box and bag contents described in the item list; flag dense debris or special materials.
Doorways, turns, gates, stairs or elevators along the carrying route.
The legal loading spot and the path from each pile to that spot, with building deadlines or parking limits.
A LOCAL OPTION WITH DEFINED LIMITS

These flat totals apply to the listed item and access. Send photos so the owner can confirm that your pickup qualifies. Extra pieces, indoor carrying or another ZIP need a separate reviewed quote.
