DENVER JUNK REMOVAL · A PROCESS COMPARISON
Clutter Trucker or Peak Elevation: hauling versus cleaning
Removing a pile, sorting personal belongings and cleaning the space are separate tasks. A useful comparison starts with the finish you need, especially when a family or property manager must decide what stays.

BEFORE THE TRUCK ARRIVES
How the quote works.
Clutter Trucker’s Denver menu includes household junk removal, hoarding cleanup, organizing, packing and deep or extreme cleaning. Its removal service describes phone estimates followed by upfront pricing on arrival, with labor, loading and disposal included. The company also advertises coordination with property management for commercial cleanouts. Those broader services need their own agreed task list; a junk-removal estimate alone does not establish every cleaning or sorting task. See official sources.
| Your decision | Clutter Trucker | Peak Elevation |
|---|---|---|
| Removal tasks | Junk removal includes labor, loading and disposal, with upfront pricing onsite. | The written pickup scope identifies what leaves and the approved access; starter offers are limited outdoor item removals. |
| Sorting decisions | The published menu includes organizing, packing and hoarding-related assistance. | Identify keep and remove items before owner review. Do not assume a hauling request includes organizing personal belongings. |
| Cleaning tasks | Cleaning and extreme-cleaning services appear separately in the menu. | Request any cleaning tasks separately for review. A sofa or mattress offer does not include cleaning a room. |
| Agree on the outcome | Ask for the exact removal, sorting and cleaning tasks covered by the onsite price. | Approve the written scope and total, pay in full through Square, then receive pickup-window confirmation. |
PUT THE DETAILS TO WORK
What does your pickup look like?
A family needs sorting before an estate clearout
There are documents, photographs and belongings to retain mixed with furniture that should leave.
Name one decision-maker and create marked keep areas. Discuss sorting help with Clutter Trucker, which lists organizing and related assistance. Peak’s request must state what is authorized for removal; the outdoor offers do not cover this job.
A rental room needs both hauling and a cleaning finish
A mattress and unwanted furniture are still inside, while surfaces need attention after the items leave.
Separate the item-removal list from the cleaning checklist and inspection standard. Ask for distinct tasks in the quote. An outdoor mattress price cannot stand in for an indoor turnover or a deep-cleaning agreement.
