DENVER JUNK REMOVAL · A PROCESS COMPARISON
Junkman or Peak Elevation: bulky furniture and dense debris
A trailer full of chairs and a short pile of concrete can require very different handling. This comparison helps you describe a combined garage and renovation job without treating every load fraction as interchangeable.

BEFORE THE TRUCK ARRIVES
How the quote works.
Junkman’s Denver process offers telephone or photo estimates and a free final quote when its crew arrives. The company prices ordinary junk by truck space and advertises indoor and outdoor loading. Its rate page separately lists bed-load categories for concrete, dirt, rock, brick, plaster, tile and sod. It also identifies TV, monitor and tire recycling surcharges. Those categories make material identification important before using a truck-volume chart. See official sources.
| Your decision | Junkman | Peak Elevation |
|---|---|---|
| Household furniture | Ordinary loads use a published volume schedule; the crew gives the firm price onsite. | Qualifying outdoor sofa and mattress requests have defined item scopes; mixed furniture needs its own reviewed quote. |
| Dense material | A separate bed-load schedule applies to the listed heavy construction and landscaping materials. | Describe material type and quantity for owner review. Outdoor furniture totals do not price dense debris. |
| Special disposal | The pricing page identifies TV, monitor and tire surcharges and excludes hazardous materials. | Flag unusual items before a quote. Ordinary disposal in an approved starter offer does not include unlisted material. |
| Agree and pay | Use the final onsite price rather than treating a phone estimate as binding. | Approve the written scope and full total, pay in full through Square, then obtain pickup-window confirmation. |
PUT THE DETAILS TO WORK
What does your pickup look like?
Old chairs next to a broken concrete patio
The furniture looks like a small truck load, but concrete pieces are stacked beside it. One photo hides the second material type.
Send separate photos and quantities for the household and heavy piles. Ask for one complete total that identifies how each material is priced; a furniture-only fraction is an incomplete comparison.
One standard sofa, plus a television you forgot
A non-reclining sofa is outside in ZIP 80011, but a large television is now part of the removal list.
The approved Peak outdoor sofa scope covers the sofa alone under its access limits. List the television separately for a revised quote. Check Junkman’s published electronics handling and obtain its complete onsite total.
