THE JOB, CLEARLY DEFINED

What to include.

One property or several

Share the locations, usual items and people authorized to request removal.

A repeatable request

Agree on the photos, access notes and approval details needed for each pickup.

Timing that reflects demand

Discuss a proposed schedule or contact process after the initial site and work have been reviewed.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Know what to expect.

Is this a fixed-price contract?

Not automatically. The materials, volume, access and proposed schedule need review before pricing or commercial terms can be agreed.

Can one contact coordinate multiple properties?

Yes. Identify the property locations and authorized contacts in your request. The scope and access for each site still need to be clear.

Does this replace our regular waste collection?

No. These pickups cover approved bulky items, cleanouts and other supplemental removal. Your regular hauler continues to service its containers.

LET’S MAKE SOME ROOM

Start with the details.

Share the items, pickup address, photos and any access restrictions. We’ll agree on the scope and quote, then send a Square invoice. Full payment is required before arrival; your pickup window is confirmed after payment.
