This page compares LoadUp and Peak Elevation.

A mattress, box spring and adjustable base are separate pieces. Count them before choosing a pickup so the price covers what you actually want removed.

## How the quote works

LoadUp uses online item pricing based on ZIP, item choices and access details. Its FAQ offers separate in-home and outdoor pickups; outdoors, items must be accessible before the window, while an in-home visit requires someone present. Extra items or different access can change a booked price. Its terms state payment is accepted before service. LoadUp describes a platform matching customers with independent local service providers. Its Denver page also offers onsite estimates for large property cleanouts.

| Your decision | LoadUp | Peak Elevation |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Choose the pieces | Select the mattress size and add a box spring, frame or other items separately. | The mattress-only and mattress-plus-box-spring offers are different scopes. Frames and bases need a quote. |
| Choose the access | Select in-home or outdoor service and supply stairs and access details. | Approved starter offers require outdoor staging and a level loading path; indoor access needs a reviewed quote. |
| Before payment | Review the ZIP-based checkout total and the provider’s terms before confirming. | Photos and access are reviewed; approve a written scope and total before paying in full through Square. |
| If the job changes | The FAQ says extra items or access that differs from booking can change the price. | Added pieces or changed access need a revised agreement before extra work. |

## What does your pickup look like?

### A dry queen mattress and its box spring outside

Both pieces are together at one accessible outdoor pickup point in ZIP 80011. No frame is included, and the level loading path is within 50 feet.

**Your next step:** List both pieces in either request. Peak’s mattress-plus-box-spring offer below is the relevant scope; the mattress-only offer is not. LoadUp lets you add the box spring to the mattress booking. Compare the reviewed totals for the same two pieces and access.

### A mattress, adjustable base and upstairs carry

The old bed includes a powered base or frame, and everything is still in a bedroom. Stairs or a tight doorway may affect removal.

**Your next step:** Photograph and list the base separately, disclose the route and identify any disassembly. LoadUp publishes in-home and component-addition options. Peak’s outdoor starter totals exclude the base and indoor carrying, so request a separate quote for the complete job.

## Build a complete bed pickup list

These details matter more than the label “one bed.”

3. Frame or base: separate pieces, powered or adjustable parts, headboard and footboard.
4. Pickup location: outdoors or indoors, floor, stairs, elevator and any building access rules.
5. Loading route: gates, carrying distance and legal parking; remove bedding and personal items.
